Return Process

  Place the item back in its original Daniel Wellington box and ensure all protective films, tags, and manuals are included before sealing the shipping carton.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-10 business days of arrival.
