How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard and express shipping options worldwide. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, and free shipping is available on orders above a specific threshold.
What is your return policy?
You have the right to return any items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unused, in its original packaging with protective stickers and tags intact.
Are Daniel Wellington watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches have a water resistance of 3ATM. This means they are rain and splash resistant but should not be submerged in water or worn while showering or swimming.
How do I change my watch strap?
Every watch comes with a small tool in the bottom of the case. You can use this to press the spring bars through the holes in the lugs, allowing you to easily swap between our leather, NATO, and mesh straps.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for installment payments.
Is there a warranty on my watch?
Yes, all Daniel Wellington watches come with a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself, including the movement, case, and crystal.
